Registration Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation requests should be to: zcournia [at] bioacademy.gr.
- Full Refund 8 weeks before the conference (31 January 2024) minus a handling fee (20 EUR).
- If cancellation is requested after the 8-week mark, the full charge will apply.
- All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
- The registration fee includes attendance to the conference, coffee breaks, lunches.
- A separate online registration is required for each participant.
- Payment is usually made by credit card. If you need to pay via bank wire transfer, please email zcournia [at] bioacademy.gr.
- Accompanying Person Registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches.
- Photos made at the conference are used exclusively by the conference organizers for documentation, news coverage and advertisement.
- The participation cards are handed over with the conference documents at the meeting office.
- Free Wi-Fi is available during the conference. For this purpose, conference participants need a WLAN-enabled terminal (notebook, tablet, smartphone, etc.), via which the WLAN network can be selected.
