Computer-aided discovery of GPCR allosteric modulators The research project will focus on developing a structural cheminformatics platform that integrates chemical, biological, and structural data on allosteric interactions with GPCRs. The research platform with facilitate to identify structural determinants for allosteric modulation of GPCRs for structure-based ligand design and the development of computer-aided drug discovery methods for virtual screening and structure-based design of allosteric modulators.

Brief Scientific Bio
Sonja is an Early-Stage researcher in the Computational Chemistry group of Sosei Hepatres. Before moving to Cambridge, she worked as Process Engineer for Janssen Vaccines on the production side of vaccine research. Prior to that, she graduated with a BSc in Biology and an MSc in Biotechnology from ETH Zurich. In between, she worked at Lonza and did a Master Thesis on a CADD project at MIT Boston.
