WP1: Efficient discovery of allosteric modulators.
WP Lead Beneficiary:

The main objectives of WP1 are the identification of allosteric pockets and allosteric ligands.

WP2: Understanding allosteric response
WP Lead Beneficiary: University of Vienna

The main objectives of WP2 are to investigate allostery at the molecular level as well as to study the biological response of allosteric ligands.

WP3: Platform development to uncover allosteric ligand function
WP Lead Beneficiary: University of Barcelona

The main objectives of WP3 are the development of a theoretical framework for allosteric modulation as well as a platform for the discovery of allosteric drugs.

ALLODD aims at creating a new generation of young scientists with a broad understanding and skill set in allostery in drug discovery. All training objectives and activities are tailored to ALLODD to support the ESRs future career.
WP5: Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication
WP Lead Beneficiary:
University of  Strasbourg

In ALLODD, all ESRs are actively involved in bringing the project, the objectives and results of ALLODD closer to the research community, relevant industry and public stakeholders, schools, wider public and press.

Our activities include public engagement activities for the non-scientific community, as well as the dissemination of project results through publications and presentations for the scientific community and industry.

WP5 also aims to ensure appropriate and efficient exploitation of the intellectual property emanating from the project results.
WP6: Project Management
WP Lead Beneficiary:
Biomedical Research Foundation Academy of Athens

The objective of WP6 is to ensure a transparent and effective management of scientific, training, financial and administrative issues.
