Secondments
The ALLODD network will serve as a platform for each ESR to complete three training secondments in ALLODD participant laboratories. Two secondments are related to the area of expertise of the ESR and one will be in a different research area. Secondments are a key component of the complementarity between ALLODD participants that is required to assimilate different research methodologies, ways of thinking and research cultures. Due to the complementarities between the teams, the recruited ESRs will have the opportunity to benefit from both academic and industrial environments.
